We love the Duck Donuts brand for A LOT of good, warm, glazed reasons.

But, here’s another thing we loved – the number of times the word ‘family’ is written into CEO Russ DiGilio’s brand statement in the Charlotte’s Dilworth location.

We spun around real quick to count the number of families present in the store at the same time we read this statement hung on the wall – 5 families somewhere in the process of ordering, waiting or eating – which made it more than clear that Duck Donuts’ has one sweet brand marketing strategy.
